This county regularly produces some of the highest scoring whitetails in the state, most notably the present WORLD RECORD non-typical. In 2007 a good bowhunting buddy of mine harvested a buck scoring 212" in this area, so these genetics are not uncommon.

		Our farm is located near the town of Albia, Iowa and consist of very much the same type of terrain as found on our Illinois properties. Heavily agriculture with numerous woodlots, brushy draws and CRP make for some outstanding bowhunting opportunities.
		Most of the properties in our area are known for their intensive management for top-end bucks. For this reason all bucks harvested must meet our minimum standard of 135" P&Y. Any buck not meeting this standard will result in a $500.00 fee. This philosophy of keeping hunting pressure to a minimum and only harvesting older mature bucks will assure that this area will continue to produce some of the largest bucks anywhere in North America.
